He has highly developed skills in project management, developing and implementing supply chain strategies and manage change within organisations to enable clients achieve supply chain excellence.

Gary has the analytical ability to evaluate current operations, identify improvement solutions and measure the impact of proposed system and process changes on the business

A niche area of expertise is in feasibility studies, new facility developments, racking and storage systems, dangerous good storage and handling, material flow analysis, distribution network design, organisational development and staff recruitment.
